To support their main clients, parts wholesale dealers and independent garages, the Ford Wholesale Marketing Parts Portal provides the necessary information and marketing tools in 22 markets and 24 language versions since 2010 – for over 50,000 active users across the region. Our task was to bring all existing functionality to a modern state-of-the-art user experience for all target groups.
Technology has moved on and the new portal provides a huge range of new 360° opportunities for running the dealer's parts business in a more efficient and more effective way. A new data engine for automated, predictive marketing utilises relevant sales data to identify business potential and generates promotions with dynamic content based on customer purchase behaviour. Full online cashback incentives and gamification mechanisms provide a unique customer experience and help dealers in building up long-lasting business relationships. Regardless if dealer or independent garage – all users manage their tasks via the intuitive dashboards. Its content is tailored to the individual user’s needs and is being updated permanently.
