Jaguar & Land Rover India after sales incentive portal
Jaguar & Land Rover India launched an “Udaan” campaign focus on Revenue and Retention. To allow dealers to review their service excellence competition performance, JLR India required an incentive portal.
Palmer Hargreaves developed a desktop and mobile portal, responsible for design, layout and coding. The portal consists of two key performance sections: 1) Accessory Sales Incentive (revenue evaluation) and Lost Customer Recovery Incentive (customer retention).
Results are updated on monthly base and included a national league table. Dealers could also access their own individual results, ranking and month performance.
Additionally, the portal provided fully competition rules and a dealer best practice guide, aimed at providing hints & tips for improved customer service and sales.
