Porsche Body & Paint campaign
Body & Paint programmes serve as high value and high margin business for OEMs. Porsche China believed that their previous Body & Paint communication were too generic and did not provide the level of detail to truly explain and convince customers, and insurers, about Porsche Body & Paint advantages.
Palmer Hargreaves developed a comprehensive campaign, focused on reflecting Porsche’s high-quality processes, advanced technology, equipment, expertise and high repair standards.
The campaign concept “ Perfectly Porsche” underpins Porsche’s ability to repair the vehicle, to the highest standard, so that it remains perfect in every way. The campaign approach and assets provided an online to offline solution, including print, short video for social H5, POS, brochure and service process image shooting.
In order to establish greater customer awareness and understanding, Palmer Hargreaves also supported Porsche China in the development of an integrated customer event concept and template which has been rolled out across the national dealer network.
