To master this complexity and make positive use of it you need a sustainable communication strategy. What are the goals? Who do we want to reach? Where are these target groups? How and when do they want to be approached? What issues are the most relevant? These questions occupy our strategists day after day. Their strategies have to provide the answers.
CONTENT
Customers today want to be informed or entertained with relevant content, not with product benefits or features. Content also plays a key role with website and social media visibility. The focus of our work has always been on the development, production and distribution of content. We have a content factory with editorial and design staff, all masters of every form and format of storytelling – anything from info graphics and photos to films. With the help of their own know-how, in-depth research and data-based tools our content team finds the right topics, anchors and timing. This is how we create content for social media, internal communications and content marketing.
CREATIVE
For us a good creative idea is not the funniest or most original idea, but one that achieves the greatest impact in terms of the communicative goals. Our creative people are committed to the communicative goal(s), not boosting their own egos. They can point to many years of experience in the development of ideas that work, stick in people’s minds and don’t just scratch the surface. And that has long been much more than just texts and pictures. Ideas with real depth are multi-dimensional and take the interactive possibilities of digital channels and the latest technologies into account.
